Nursery enjoyed a day of creativity with two artists from the Whitworth Art gallery.

Nursery enjoyed a day of artistic activity when two artists from the Whitworth Art Gallery when they came in to school to work with the children. A visual artist did work based on celebrations and festivals as the children made Rangoli patterns, painted snow scenes, make shiny stars and explored a light box. A musician also worked with the children exploring sounds and movement based on a winter theme, dancing like snowflakes and sliding in the 'snow'. We had a wonderful day and the children listened and behaved really well.
