SCHOOL LETTING CHARGES
SEPTEMBER 2020
1 Hiring the main hall is room only with access to the community toilet. For an additional charge of £5.00 per hour you can hire school chairs with a refundable deposit of £2.00 per chair.
2 Hiring the dining hall is room only with access to the community toilet – for an additional charge of £5.00 per hour you can have access to the hot water boiler & sink. For an additional charge of £5.00 per hour you can hire school chairs with a refundable deposit of £2.00 per chair.
3 Hiring the Astro Pitch for 1 hour or more, there will be an additional charge of £5.00 per hour added for use of the outside toilets.
4 Available to local schools, maximum of two children, school staff must remain with children for entire visit. The sensory room will be checked before and after use, any damages will be charged to the visiting school.
Payment for hire of school facilities can be made by BACS. Please send remittances to admin@pikefold.manchester.sch.uk. All payments MUST be made at least one week in advance.
Where the hire is for sports use VAT will be added to above prices, unless the booking is for 24 hours plus or 10 weeks or more.
There will be a standard charge of £20.00 for opening and closing the school. Charge may be waivered on block bookings. Please speak with school.
If you fall within the Community Rate (Non-profit) category please provide evidence of charitable status or a summary of account for the most recent financial year showing no profit.
