Forest school starts for year 6! 🌳

It was great fun to be in the forest with Year 6. We spent some time in class learning about forest school and thinking what values we want for our class forest school. The children thought of some wonderful ideas such as respect teamwork, creativity, confidence and fun! Let's hope we achieve alll that this term! Further to our tesco bag scheme funding win the Forest School has been transformed to double the size and now we have a big hill to climb and enjoy as well as den building opportunities and trees to explore! The children loved exploring their new surroundings and we had lots of fun. Although we provide waterproofs and wellies please provide a hoody or jumper to help your child keep warm as we go out in all weathers!
