Celebrating reading at Pike Fold
Thank you to the hundreds of Pike Fold pupils that took part in the Reading Challenge Competition. We have collected the reading charts in from each year group and the winners were chosen at random, from the entries received. Special thanks goes to the parents, who have continued to support their children whilst reading a variety of texts over the last few weeks, your children have really enjoyed this - please continue to encourage them to read at every opportunity.
The winners are:
Year 1 - Eva : Year 2 - Nyah : Year 3 - Daisy D : Year 4 - Daisy I : Year 5 - Jayden N : Year 6 - Jamie. The winnners will be able to choose a selection of fantastic texts from the Scholastic website next week.
