Blue Christmas

Due to the huge success of the Blue Christmas event which the school and local churches held last year, we will be holding another event this year.

Christmas time is especially challenging for many people. Community support is often the only lifeline to the vulnerable including those living alone.

Many members of our elderly community are becoming more isolated and as it is the season for caring and sharing, Pike Fold Primary school have once again teamed up with St Peter’s, St Paul’s and St Andrews Churches Blackley, St Michaels, Alkrington and All Saints Church, Rhodes to offer a Christmas meal to the elderly residents in our community.

The meal will be a four course meal, cooked by our own chef and delivered to the homes of the elderly in our community.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday 18th December 2021 and we would like to ask you to sponsor a Christmas meal and help us to raise £1000 towards the cost of the event.
